adriatico is a new addition to Bucerias, Mexico but definetely not a new member of the culinary world. Its origin stemmed from a quaint town known as Silvi Marina located in the grand region of Abbruzzo off the coast of the Adriatic sea in Italy. That is where the master abilities of Chef Eduardo De Berardinis came to light. Under the guidance of his grandmother along with his extensive training and distinct passion for the art, Eduardo has been able to implement his talent to express the true essence of coastal Italian dining. He wanted to share his classic contemporary flavours with the tastes of the western world.
Shortly thereafter Eduardo introduced his culinary experience to Toronto, Canada where he developed an outstanding reputation for Italian slow food preperation. He has made adriatico become the avante garde to seafood cuisine while retaining the true tradition of classical dishes. It is definitely on the forefront of combining both old and new; albeit through its exceptional menu and exquisite style.
